THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES TO ANY GARMENTS OR CUSTOM ORDERS DUE TO SIZING ISSUES.Please refer to the sizing chart provided for ready to wear items to be sure sizing is correct. 

 

If there are any discrepancies (once approved as a 1990, LLC error) the matter will be handled with satisfaction to the patron. All refund and exchange request must be made within the first 10 days of receiving your order, IN IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION (items returned with odd odors, or worn in appearance will not be considered).

Your deposit is a portion of your balance, once your deposit is placed, your deadline is secure and your materials are ordered soon after, deposits are non refundable. If you cancel your order after production has started, you lose your deposit along with any payments made.

The color of an item in a picture may not accurately depict the actual color, however you can request a sample. If we have it in stock we will ship the next day, if we are ordering the fabric, we will ship once the fabric arrives. Since there are different Shades of some colors, if you need a dark or light version you can send us a screenshot of a googled image that best depicts the color and we’ll will try to match it close as possible.

Accent Lace/Appliqués: (These are design details used in addition to the main design, used on sleeves, randomly throughout design or as a main attraction piece). Vendors may not have the exact appliqués in one season that they had in a previous season, used to create the look you see. In this case we will use our knowledge to choose the next best similar option to achieve the look. The design of the dress, material and placement is the same, however the pattern/shape of the accent lace may differ in size/shape based on what is in stock at the time of purchase.

All local patrons will be measured by Sharlyn or a member of the 1990,LLC team.

All shipping will be through USPS Priority First class, unless specified otherwise in confirmation or at checkout. Expedited orders and International orders are available in checkout. Orders will be insured through the post office, should there be an issue with delivery. We are not responsible for delivery issues.

WE WILL STORE DRESSES NO LONGER THEN 2 WEEKS AFTER YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF COMPLETION. AFTER THE 2 WEEKS A FEE OF $5 PER DAY WILL BE ADDED. AS WE CANNOT STORE DRESSES FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. IF LONGER THEN 4 WEEKS, ITEM BECOMES PROPERTY OF EST 1990, LLC AND CAN BE IMMEDIATELY SOLD FOR PROFIT TO FULFILL YOUR ACCOUNT.

 

 

WEDDING DRESSES/GOWNS: The processing time for gowns may take anywhere from 6 months, the exact details can be discussed prior to ordering. To inquire email, SHARLYNCLAXTON@GMAIL.COM

Cancelled Event: In the unfortunate event that your event is canceled, you are still responsible for the full total of the garment which should be paid no later than the date of the event as recorded in our records. If the date is postponed, The balance will still be due by the original date provided. If the account isn't satisfied by then, the garment becomes property of EST 1990, LLC, and can be immediately sold for profit.
